Department of Philosophy

The philosophy department at Sheffield is fairly large for a UK university, with 18 permanent faculty and several research and teaching fellows. We meet weekly during term time for the departmental seminar.

We have a large and friendly graduate community at Sheffield, meeting weekly for a postgraduate senior research seminar.
